HOMESDALE (WOODFORD BAPTIST HOMES) LTD.

Over 60 years of Christian Care.

About us.

Homesdale is a Christian Organisation established in 1947 by the Minister of Woodford Baptist Church, the Rev. Herbert Hunter.

Today, we provide two housing options for the older person. A Part 3 Residential Care Home, for those who need a high degree of personal care, and rented Sheltered Housing for the more active retired person.

The complex is situated in a residential area of Wanstead, close to bus and train services and the shopping facilities of Wanstead High Street.

The Management Committee is responsible for the strategic direction of the organisation and is made up of members of a number of local Churches. Naturally, Christian concern and commitment to meeting the needs of our residents is central to the work of Homesdale.

Registered with the TSA No. LH2021 and with the FSA as an Industrial and Provident Society with charitable status no. 13406R and with HMRC as an Exempt Charity Ref.
